FLAT 4 (Ground Floor)LOCATION Glenthorne House is at the lower end of Devon Road, just 5 minutes or so walk from Salcombe town centre with its array of boutiques, pubs and restaurants, sandy beaches, sailing waters and spectacular coastal walks.
VIEWS Superb views over Salcombe towards the estuary and Whitestrand from both the sitting room and double bedroom
ENTRANCE A shared entrance (for 3 flats) leads to the flat which is accessed at ground floor level.
KITCHEN/SITTING/DINING ROOM A pleasant and recently refurbished open plan area is presented to a very good standard throughout. The well equipped kitchen has a range of fitted units, four-ring hob and electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. An oak dining table has four chairs. The sitting area is furnished with two double leather sofas, coffee table, oak sideboard, TV, DVD player, and electric (coal-effect) fire. Wonderful views along the estuary towards South Pool Creek.
BEDROOMS Two. The master bedroom has an oak framed King size bed, drawers, wardrobe and chair. The second bedroom is a twin with two pine single beds, drawers and wardrobe. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are supplied
BATHROOM With newly fitted bath with shower (over),wash hand-basin, and w.c., There is an additional CLOAKROOM with w.c. and basin.
PARKING Allocated parking for one car.
OTHER INFORMATION Mostly carpeted throughout with vinyl flooring in the bathroom. Gas-fired central heating and hot water. Wireless broadband internet available. No pets and strictly non smoking.
