Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer. 2 x TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Bike storage. Private patio with furniture, parkland footpath to Saltburn. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub within 0.5 miles. Note: Due to the peacocks and wildlife, please ensure dogs are kept on a lead and children are supervised. Please note a second dog can potentially be agreed if confirmed with Sykes and the Owner first. Please call the office before booking if you require a second dog. Please note , Rushpool Hall is a private residence and not open to the public.

This Victorian seaside resort of Saltburn-by-the-Sea can be found resting on the edge of the North York Moors.
