Outside, you will find an enclosed rear garden with lawn area and elevated gravelled area with seating. Sea Roke is a wonderful coastal retreat. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Enclosed rear garden with generous lawn and outside eating area as well as a further raised shale gravel area with seating to watch the sunset and sunrise. The access to the rear garden and eating area can be gained via both the garden gate as well as the lounge patio door Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed. Shop and pub within 10-minute walk with direct access to the popular coastal path, The Cleveland Way. Please note that this property will have an electric car charging station from 7th March 2020.

Filey is a fishing town resting on the North East Coast and is renowned for being a seaside resort since the Victorian times. This town plays host to a long stretch of beach and Filey Brigg with its rockpools close by. The town itself houses a wealth of shops, pubs and restaurants, retaining much of the Victorian character. A short drive away is the larger town of Scarborough, where you will find a number of amenities and attractions
