Three bedrooms; 1 x family bedroom with double bed with single over, 1 x king-size bedroom, 1 x bunk bedroom (put-u-up single bed available for those who may not wish to use the top bunk). Bathroom with separate walk-in shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with sitting area, dining area and kitchen area.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, selection of books, games and DVDs, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Outdoor bench/trunk, table and chairs available to use outside. Off-road parking for one car in communal parking area on first come, first served basis. Shared games room, gym and sauna facilities in the building. Nefyn Golf Course is a 5 minute way away, there is a golf trolley available for use for guests if required. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. Shop, pub and restaurant 5-minute walk.

Morfa Nefyn is a coastal village on the north coast of the Llyn Peninsula, Wales. It houses a two-mile stretch of sandy beach, village shop with a cafe, two pubs and restaurants. The coastline that it sits on many remote bays, sandy beaches, cliffs, and wildlife to keep you busy. Within close reach is the Snowdonia National Park and the popular tourist towns of Pwllheli and Abersoch.
