This lovely barn conversion resides on Trefecca Farm near the market town of Talgarth and can sleep seven people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x ground floor twin with en-suite wet room, walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x family room with adult bunks and single bed. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
The Granary is a converted barn resting within a working farmyard near the Welsh market town of Talgarth. It boasts three bedrooms; a king-size double, a ground floor twin with en-suite wet room, and a family room with adult bunks and a single bed, sleeping seven altogether. There is also a shower room and an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off-road parking for two cars and a a small courtyard garden shared with the other two properties on the farm. The Granary offers a lovely escape to the countryside. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Electric storage heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher TV, DVD player, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Small enclosed garden area shared with The Clock Barn and The Hay Barn. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: This property can accept a maximum of four adult and three children at one time

Talgarth is located just outside of the Brecon Beacons in South Wales. The town has plenty to do in the way of gliding, pony trekking and there are plenty of walking opportunities through the well-known Black Mountains. Builth Wells is within easy access and is certainly worth a visit, as is Llandrindod Wells slightly further North.
