Amble is a small seaport village resting at the mouth of the River Coquet, in Northumberland. The village offers a marina, a harbour, sandy beaches and coastal walks to the bird sanctuary at Hauxley. There is also a fish centre on the side of the harbour, and a number of restaurants, pubs and shops to suit all. Close by is the coastal village of Alnmouth and Craster, and a number of beaches are within easy reach.
