Bamburgh is village and civil parish in Northumberland, England, situated on the coast. This village has become popular for holiday destinations in recent years as it lies within the Northumberland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Thomas Malory identified Bamburgh Castle as being the mythical castle Sir Lancelot lived in Arthurian Legend. There is also a village store and a small selection of pubs and restaurants.

"Our stay in Lambs Lodge was so wonderful I wish I could give this review more than 5 stars. Every detail about the lodge was clearly paid great attention to. High-end furnishings, great quality linens and very comfortable beds. This is part of a small community of lodges and Lambs Lodge in particular is positioned excellent for privacy and a has a lovely view of the quarry from the dining room table and the back patio. We will definitely be back!!"
