This well-appointed barn conversion rests on the outskirts of St Columb Major in Cornwall and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x ground floor double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x ground floor twin, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC. Kitchen/diner. First floor sitting room with electric fire.
The Round House is a converted barn tucked behind the owner's farm near the Cornish town of St Columb Major. It boasts three bedrooms; a ground floor double with en-suite shower room, a twin and a ground floor twin, sleeping six people altogether. There is also a bathroom, kitchen/diner and first floor sitting room with an electric fire. To the exterior is off-road parking for 3 cars and an enclosed garden with a lawn and terrace area with furniture. The Round House offers a wonderful escape to the countryside.

Oil Heating throughout with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, WiFi. Fuel and power included in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed garden with lawn and terrace area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3.5 miles. Note: Sorry, no children under 10 years of age.

This market town is just five miles from the North Cornish Coast. The resort attractions of Newquay are within easy reach and include bars, clubs, a zoo, vibrant shops, the National Surfing Centre and beaches. You also have the South West Coast path winding its way over the clifftops and the whole surrounding area offers plenty to see and do. The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are also easily reached by car.
