The Sycamores is a traditional stone-fronted cottage, set in the rural village of Eppleby, Yorkshire. With a double bedroom serviced by an en-suite shower room, a king-size bedroom with ample storage and a en-suite bathroom, as well as a ground-floor double bedroom, this dwelling sleeps a total of six guests. The ground-floor is complete with a kitchen, dining room, utility and sitting room, as well as a delightful sun room and private garden to the rear. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking available for 2 cars. Private gravelled and lawn garden to the rear of the property with firepit and BBQ. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.8 miles, pub 0.9 miles. Note: The owner can offer ready meals on request. There is stabling for two horses and a paddock, please contact the owner for further information
