Latest efficient electric radiators throughout to ensure on demand warmth. Electric cooker and hobs, fridge/freezer, kettle, washing machine, TV and Superfast fibre broadband. Fuel and power inc. in the rent - Note, basket of logs included. Bed linen and towels inc. in the rent. Parking available next to the property on a first come first served basis. Parking permit available on request. Pets are only allowed downstairs. Sorry, no smoking. Pub and shop within 0.1 miles.

The small village of Dent rests in the dale of Dentdale, and is an ideal base for those wishing to tour both the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District National Parks.
