The apartment also has a first floor kitchen and a first floor sitting room with dining area and balcony. Outside there's off road parking for one car in a garage, as well as free roadside parking opposite the property and there's a terraced garden and front balcony. A very convenient base for exploring Whitby and the surrounding North York Moors National Park. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car in garage,dimensions are 4.5 x 2.7 metres. plus free roadside parking across the road, on first come, first served basis. Bike storage. Rear enclosed terraced garden with furniture, plus front balcony with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops 5 mins walk, pub 1 min walk. Beach 10 mins walk. Note: Due to the balcony and due to the terraced garden being steep, with steps up to the sitting area, children must be supervised at all times. Note: Property is situated above a ground floor apartment.
