The Barn is an idyllic retreat set in 50-acre farmland and rural hamlet, near the sleepy, Cornish town of St. Columb Major. Boasting one ground floor double bedroom, this barn conversion can sleep two people. There is also a ground floor bathroom and a first floor open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the exterior is ample off-road parking, a private patio and shared use of the gardens and tennis courts. The Barn offers reverse level accommodation in a peaceful setting, the ideal getaway.

Electric oven and hob, fridge, TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc in rent - freestanding fires and a storage heater. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Private patio, shared use of grounds and gardens inc. tennis courts. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.9 miles. Note: No stag/hen or similar.

The market town of St Columb Major nestles among green countryside near the north coast of Cornwall and boasts a small handful of amenities. You are within easy reach of Newquay, with bars, clubs, a zoo, shops, the National Surfing Centre and many beaches. The South West Coast path, winds its way over the clifftops and offers a wealth of walking and cycling opportunities.
