This lovely stone cottage is based in Cross Roads, West Yorkshire and can sleep seven people in four bedrooms. Four bedrooms: 1 x first floor double with en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC, 2 x first floor double, 1 x ground floor single. Bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Kitchen/diner. Sitting room with woodburning stove. Snug with electric fire.
Dormer Bungalow is a delightful stone cottage based in Cross Roads, West Yorkshire. It has four bedrooms; one ground floor single, one first floor double with en-suite shower room and two first floor doubles, with a separate family bathroom and ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan fitted kitchen and dining area, with a separate sitting room with a woodburning stove, and a snug room with an electric fire. Outside has an enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture and hot tub. Off-road parking is available. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, TV with Freeview and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for several cars. Enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.1 miles and pub 1.7 miles. Please note: The property sleeps 8 including the sofa bed. Please note: Due to changeovers, the hot tub may not be up to full temperature on first night of arrival.
