Electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 3 x TV with Freeview, Wifi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring your own beach towels). Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Garden with lawned area, patio and seating areas with barbecue. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop within 0.9 mile, pub within 0.1 mile. Note: Property is accessed via a narrow lane. Note: Children must be supervised in the rear tiered garden.
