This lovely three-storey cottage is based in Matlock, Derbyshire and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. Over three floors. Four bedrooms: 1 x first floor king-size, 1 x first floor double, 1 x first floor single with trundle and 1 x second floor twin (zip/link king-size on request) Bathroom with bath and shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen/diner. Sitting room. Snug.
25 Bank Road is a wonderful cottage based in Matlock Derbyshire. Set over three floors, with four bedrooms: one first floor king-size, one first floor double, one first floor single with trundle and one second floor double, served by a family bathroom. Downstairs has an open-plan fitted kitchen and dining area, as well as a sitting room, with a snug area. Outside has a large lawned garden, with decking area with furniture. Roadside parking is available directly outside. 25 Bank Road is a delightful place to stay for those interested in exploring the Peak District.

Gas central heating, woodburning stoves. Gas oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD player, a selection of books and DVDs and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking on first come, first serve basis. Enclosed lawn/decking area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 0.2 miles. Note: There is a sloped ceiling in the double bedroom in the attic. Note: The steps going down into the cellar are uneven so care must be taken. Note: The paved area in the garden is uneven, please take care. Note: No hen/stag or similar.
