Gas central heating with gas fire. Electric oven/grill and hobs, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, books, games TV, WiFi. Fuel and power is included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. High chair and cot are available upon request. Off-road parking. Large private garden and terrace area with a private hot tub. Sorry, no pets allowed and no smoking. Pub 2.7 miles, shop 2.5 miles. Note - The garden is partly inaccessible due to ongoing landscaping which should be finished by October. Note - Nearby river, please mind children.

Surrounded by countryside, the Borders town of Kelso meets at the point of the Tweed and Teviot rivers, with a cobbled town square and streets, with Georgian buildings. Attractions popular among visitors include the prominent Stately home of Floors Castle, with its restaurants and gardens. Also within close proximity are Mellerstain House, Kelso Abbey and the Kelso races. Great fishing can be enjoyed on the Teviot, Tweed and Jed rivers and there are many excellent golf courses to choose from. The Borders region of Scotland also offers walking and cycling opportunities, including by the coast or over scenic hillsides and forests.
