This converted barn rests on the outskirts of Porthmadog and sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size with sloping ceilings, 1 x ground-floor bunk. Ground-floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with woodburning stove.
Melin Bach is a stone-built property resting on the outskirts of the town of Porthmadog. It houses two bedrooms comprising of a king-size double and a ground-floor bunk bedroom, together sleeping up to four people. The property is completed with a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a patio area with furniture. Melin Bach is a superb base for a family getaway to the Welsh coast. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Electric heaters and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice-box, washer/dryer, Smart TV with FreeSat, a selection of books, games and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for two cars. Rear patio with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome (downstairs only and not in bedrooms, please bring own dog beds, blankets and towels). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 6.8 miles, pub 5.5 miles. Note: Due to the location of the property, there is no mobile signal, however the internet network will support WiFi calling. Note: Home deliveries are available with Tesco. Note: Private water supply which is tested annually. Note: There is an internal step down to kitchen, shower room and 3 steps to bunk room. Note: Arrival is 4pm. Note: Property can be booked with Ref 1007875 and 1007868, together they can sleep 10 guests.

Porthmadog is a bustling town resting on the Glaslyn Estuary in North Wales, acting as a gateway to the Snowdonia National Park. Within the town you will find a selection of shops and restaurants, as well as Ffestiniog Railway which offers trips through Snowdonia to Blaenau Ffestiniog. Attractions within the surrounding area include the village of Borth Y Gest and the Italianate village of Portmeirion.
