Berwick-upon-Tweed is a coastal town positioned at the most northerly tip of Northumberland, offering four beaches, riverside walks and many cycling trails on the doorstep. Visit the local museums and exhibitions showcased in the art galleries, or even venture over to the nearby town of Duns, with its Jim Clark Museum and the Jim Clark Rally. Duns Castle is well worth a visit, and you also have the whole of the coast to explore, including the Lindisfarne National Nature Reserve and Holy Island.

"We have just returned from this lovely apartment in berwick after a weeks holiday. The apartment is fabulous and has everything you can possibly think of. It is very central for you to visit Edinburgh, the Farne islands,Newcastle etc but also is very close to the beaches and nice river walks. There are plenty of restaurants within a few minutes walk . Our favourite was Limoncellos and lots of coffee shops.We would definitely recommend this apartment"
