First floor 1 x super king (zip/link option beds can be made as twins by request), 2 x kings, 1 x double. On the top floor there is a win room with beds that are only suitable for children. Ground floor shower room, WC and basin. Ensuite shower over Japanese soaking bath, WC and basin. First floor bathroom with Bath, basin and WC. Ensuite Shower, WC and basin. Kitchen. Sitting Room with log burning stove. Dining Room. Breakfast Room. Snug Room with log burning stove.

Central heating with two log burning stoves. Bed linen and towels provided. Gas Rangemaster with 5 gas hobs, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, microwave. Smart TV, DVD, Music system. Outside space is a fully enclosed paved garden with herbaceous border and a BBQ along with garden furniture. One dog welcome. Pubs, shops and restaurants 0.1 miles. NOTE BINS MUST BE LEFT OUT AS PER INSTRUCTIONS IN THE HOUSE. NOTE: BBQ must be left in a clean state or a proportion of your housekeeping deposit may be retained. NOTE: This house does not accept single sex parties
