Located in a lovely cul de sac in Criccieth. A short walk to the beach and local amenities. Wifi. TV, DVD with a lovely open fire. Three bedrooms: 1 x king, 1 x twin, 1 x single with WC & hand basin. Family bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and hand basin. Kitchen has electric cooker & hob, fridge with ice box, microwave. Washing machine, tumble dryer in garage and a freezer in the small room off kitchen. Sitting room with open fire, electric fire, flat screen TV & DVD, comfortable sofas, dining table & chairs. Door opens into the sun room which opens up onto the garden, little table and chairs. Private parking for four cars easily at the front of the house. Lovely enclosed lawned garden at the back of the house with paved seating area and garden furniture.

Electric fire. Short walk to local amenities. The single bedroom with door (lockable) out to the garden with cloakroom is accessed via the twin bedded bedroom. 1 well behaved dog welcome.
