Overview
A bright, modern house in the seaside village of Trearddur Bay. WiFi, Games room, Smart TV, Sky Facilities and Netflix. Five bedrooms: 1 x super king, 1x super king (zip link option can be made as twins on request), 1 x king, 1 twin, 1 x bunk room. Wet room with shower, WC and handwash basin. Family bathroom with spa bath, WC and handwash basin. ensuite with shower, WC and handwash basin. Kitchen/dining with electric double oven, induction hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, microwave and toaster (washing machine housed in adjacent utility room), table and chairs that will seat up to 12, small seating area with sofa and SMART TV. Netflix, Patio windows open on to the garden. Sitting room with sofas and chairs, large curved SMART TV with SKY, Netflix, DVD, speaker system, games and books, small kitchenette behind the double doors with fridge, kettle sink, Dolce Gusto coffee maker. Games room with football table, pool/air hockey, and more. Garden: to rear and one side is a large lawned garden with patio areas, play areas and garden furniture. There is a terrace to the front of the house and the long driveway provides ample parking.
