One bedroom: 1 x king size bed. Bathroom with bath, shower attachement, WC and basin. Ground floor cloakroom with WC and basin. Open plan kitchen, dining and seating area. with electirc fire.

Facilities & Amenities
Central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine. TV, DVD, WiFi. Bed linen and towles provided. Ample off road parking. Enclosed paved seating area in addition to 14 acres of shared grounds with gardens, summer house, lake. One dog welcome. Pubs, shops and restaurants 4.5 miles. NOTE There is livestock around the land so dogs must be kept on a lead. NOTE: Can also be booked with The Honey Pot that sleeps 4.

Pretty little hamlet known locally as Garn, on the outskirts of Porthmadog, a short drive away. Enjoy lovely views over the mountains and Cwm Pennant. At Porthmadog enjoy a good selection of shops and cafes or take a ride on the Highland Steam Train. Or pop along to Criccieth and enjoy its lovely beaches and castle.
