Three bedrooms: 1 x Double, 1 x twin 1 x ground floor single. First floor bathroom has a bath, shower WC and basin. Kitchen. Dining room with Rayburn cooker. Sitting room. Snug room with wood burning stove.

Central heating with Rayburn and wood burning stove. Electric oven and hob, with rayburn cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave. Radio and books. Smart TV. Bed linen provided. Initial supply of logs for woodburner. Off road parking for 2 cars. Two dogs are welcome. Open garden shared with the neighbouring house, with outdoor furniture. Local shop 1.2 miles. 3.5 miles to pubs and restaurants. NOTE Access to the house is by farm track, and there are three gates to open and close.
