Electric heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, TV with DVD player, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot (please bring own cot bedding) and highchair available upon request. Off-road parking for 1 car however it is not suitable for motor-homes or larger commercial vehicles. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.4 miles, pub 0.01 miles. Note: Sofa bed is only suitable for children. Note - property may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. NOTE - This property now has free WiFi

The small town of Colyton is nestled in the Coly Valley in East Devon, three miles from the seaside town of Seaton. The town has many historical buildings, such as St Andrew's Church, as well as a selection of independent shops and a tram station which journeys along the River Axe to Seaton.
