The Hayshed is a semi-detached stone cottage a short drive from Hawsker on the North Yorkshire coastline. The cottage sleeps two people and has one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. There is also an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking and a meadow garden with outdoor furniture. Just short drives to the coastal towns of Whitby and Robin Hood's Bay make The Hayshed a fabulous base for exploring this beautiful area. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Meadow garden across from the property with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 1 mile. Beach 3 miles. Note: This property is on the A171 and there may be some associated road noise. Note: There are steep stairs up to the bedroom. "The owners were very welcoming and are looking to improve, they have only recently taken over the business, so we wish them every success in their venture. The location is next to the road which could bother some people but didn't bother us at all. The views were lovely looking out to sea. The accommodation was very nice, warm and quirky."
