Gas central heating, woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Roadside parking on first-come first-served basis. There is a small enclosed courtyard accessed from the kitchen and rear of the property, perfect for securely storing bikes. One well-behaved dog welcome downstairs only. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.5 miles. Note: 1 step up into kitchen, care to be taken. Note - Stair gate available

"Lovely renovated cottage suitable for two people. The cottage is a good base for walking and visiting attractions . Beaches are only a 30 minute drive away. Blaenau ffestiniog has a narrow gauge railway that takes you to Porthmadog .you can stop off at a couple if stations on the way if you want to. The cottage has been well renovated and is very cosy.A lot of thought has gone into making the cottage very welcoming. The shower over the bath is unfortunately a little cramped for tall people as my husband found out!(6' 2"). Unfortunately the courtyard garden is very small and doesn't get much sun .Although the cottage accommodates a dog I would only recomend a small dog ."
