Gas central heating. Gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV in lounge and 1st bedroom. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed decking with outdoor furniture and sunken hot tub. Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub/bar and restaurant on-site. Note: Pets to be kept on a lead at all times on site.
