Fuel, power and starter pack of wood inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking. Garden area with outdoor furniture, charcoal BBQ, fire pit and hot tub, as well as access to 10 acres of land. Sorry, no smoking allowed. One well-behaved pet welcome. Pub within 0.3 miles, shop within 5.1 miles. Note: Use of Beginners surf boards, body boards, bikes, fishing nets. Note: The path has been made into a private driveway but is quite steep. Note: There is a pond on-site. Note: Guests will need to provide their car reg number to get through the electric gates

The town is ideally positioned for exploring wider Devon, with Lynton and Lynmouth, Woolacombe, Croyde Bay, Saunton Sands, Ilfracombe and Barnstaple all within driving distance.
