Lawned garden. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4.2 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: Opening to fields at the rear of the garden, please watch children and pets. Note: Garden is accessed via exiting the front door and entering through the side gate. Please note: The living area at this property is compact, may be most suited to 2-3 adults.

Resting on the Lincolnshire coast, seven miles from the popular resort of Skegness, is the little village of Chapel St Leonards. The village offers several interesting shops, local family pubs, restaurants and cafes, as well as beautiful sandy beach. There is also a leisure centre which offers hire for quad bikes, motorbikes, crazy golf and fishing. Annually, there is a Carnival Parade and a firework display on the pier.
