Woodburning stove. Oven, hob, microwave, TV and WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel and power inc. in rent and log starter pack for winter months. Off-road parking for one car, public parking close by. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Two pets welcome. Pub and shop within 0.1 miles. Note: there are 2 staircases in the property. One staircase takes you to two bedrooms and the 2nd staircase takes you to the 3rd bedroom

Loftus is a village resting North of Whitby, on the coast of Yorkshire. Within the village you will find terraced houses, old stone cottages and a few stone dwellings. You will also find a selection of shops, eateries, pubs, banks and a town hall. Within close reach you will find coastal villages of Runswick Bay and Staithes, as well as the spa town of Saltburn with its golf club and long pier stretching over the wide sands.
