Private garden with lawn area and two outside patio/seating areas. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed. Pub within 2.5 miles, shop within 3 miles. (Bens Farm Shop in Yealmpton or Co-op in Modbury is 4.5 miles). Note: Check in time is 6pm onwards and check out is by 11am.
