This second floor apartment rests in the heart of Newquay and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. All second floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x King size with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
Apartment 29 rests on the second floor in the centre of Newquay, surrounded by some of the finest attractions Cornwall can offer. It boasts two bedrooms; a double with en-suite shower room and a twin, sleeping four people in total. There is also a bathroom and an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, while to the outside is a balcony and free parking opposite the building on a first come, first served basis. Apartment 29 offers a well-earned break to the coast.

Gas central heating. Oven, hob, fridge Dishwasher, freezer, washer/dryer, microwave. WiFi, Smart TV, Blue ray/DVD player, stereo with CD player and Bluetooth connectivity. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and high chair available on request. One balcony accessible from both bedrooms and another balcony accessible from living room. There is a lift to access the property. Parking in a public car park opposite the apartment balcony provided free of charge for one car (subject to availability). Sorry, no pets, no smoking. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.3 miles. Note: Scaffolding work taking place up until further notice, the baloncy and view from window may be affected.
