"Stayed here over Christmas and had a nice time so decided to book again for May. Because of the government restrictions due to the covid-19 outbreak we could not go and there were no other dates that were suitable for us. When I requested a refund I received an email saying the owner felt we all needed to share the bourdon together and offered me 1/3 of what I paid as a refund. After several more condescending emails about how it was morality right for him to keep the money I put in a case at small claims court and shortly after received an email from sykes confirming I would be receiving a full refund. Deffinately won't be going back."
