This well-furnished, ground-floor lodge is situated within an exclusive gated site on the outskirts of St Columb Major, and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. All-ground-floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x king-size double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area.
A superb ground-floor lodge is situated within an exclusive gated site on the edge of market town of St Columb Major in North Cornwall. The lodge hosts three bedrooms, including two king-size doubles, one with en-suite, and a twin, sleeping six in total. There is also a family bathroom serving the two other bedrooms. Discover the open plan living area consisting of a fitted kitchen, dining and seating areas. Outside there is a decking with furniture which wraps around lodge. There is also off road parking for 2 cars. 2 Merlin Lodge is a fine property in a lovely part of Cornwall.

St Columb Major is a town and civil parish in Cornwall, England, situated a few miles away from the wonderfully expansive coastline with a number of sandy beaches, perfect for surfing and watersports. The town dates back to the Bronze and Iron Ages, with the Castle an Dinas being an Iron Age hillfort that still exists today. Offering a selection of pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets for fine food and local produce.
