Lion House is a large property situated within the town of Ashbourne. It houses three bedrooms, comprising of a king-size double with an en-suite, a double with an en-suite and a twin bedroom, sleeping up to six people. On the first-floor there is also a bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a sitting/dining room, a kitchen, a games room and a snug. Outside, there is one off-road parking space and a rear garden with furniture. Lion House is a superb base for enjoying a holiday at Southern end of the Peak District.

Ashbourne is a bustling market town at the southern end of the Peak District. Within the town centre you will find a number of Georgian buildings, as well as a selection of restaurants, pubs, convenience shops and outstanding antique shops. For outdoor pursuits there is the Peak District National Park, as well as the Dove and Manifold Valleys.
