Pengelly is a lovely, semi-detached farmhouse situated in Lower Sticker, near St. Austell. It boasts two bedrooms; a king-size double (zip/link can be twins on request), and a bunk room., both served by a shower room, sleeping four guests altogether. There is also a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a living/dining room with electric woodburner-effect fire. To the outside is off-road parking for one car, an open front lawn and a private, rear enclosed garden with a patio and outdoor furniture. Pengelly offers a refreshing break in a wonderful part of Cornwall.

Open front lawn, private rear enclosed garden with patio and outdoor furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: There are a few external steps in the garden, children to be supervised at all times

Sticker is a Cornish village with a shop/Post Office and award-winning pub, just three miles from St. Austell Bay and within easy reach of The Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Tall Ships Harbour at Charlestown and The Eden Project. Mevagissey is worth a visit, with its passenger ferry across the bay to Fowey, while coastal walks come in abundance along the Roseland Heritage Coast and the Polperro Heritage Coast.
