Open-plan living area with sitting area, dining area and kitchen.

This lovely conversion once the original barn, benefits from excellent on-site facilities including 7 fishing lakes, a clubhouse with bar & restaurant, a small shop, children's play park and animals to see. The property sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, one with en-suite, there is also a family shower room. The living area is open plan with a smart sitting area, comfy sofas, dining area with table and chairs for six and a neat kitchen. Outside is a private decked area with picnic bench with excellent views, as well as off-road parking. A charming settlement alongside the village of Halwill, Halwill Junction is an extremely scenic place to explore whilst holidaying in Devon. Once home to steam trains, the area now offers a Nature Reserve boasting a plethora of beauty, as well as benefiting from being in close reach of Dartmoor National Park. Head to the coast and explore the coastal town of Bude, home to a wide range of beaches and attractions to suit all ages, or simply explore the Ruby Country for a scenic experience like no other.
