This delightful double-fronted stone cottage rests in the heart of Tweedmouth, part of Berwick-upon-Tweed in Northumberland and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. Over three floors. Bathroom with freestanding bath, shower, basin and WC. Ground-floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen/diner. Utility. Sitting room with woodburning stove. Sitting room with open fire.
Foundry House is a lovely double-fronted cottage nestled in the heart of Tweedmouth, part of Berwick-upon-Tweed, in Northumberland. Set over three floors, the property hosts four bedrooms: one ground-floor super-king-size (zip/link), two first-floor king-size, and a second-floor king-size, together sleeping eight guests. There are two en-suite shower rooms, a family shower room and bathroom to support the bedrooms. Downstairs provides an open-plan kitchen/diner, a utility, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and an additional sitting room with an open fire. Outside there is an enclosed lawned garden and decking area with furniture and a hot tub, as well as roadside parking. Foundry House is an excellent choice for a seaside break to Northumberland.

Gas central heating with woodburning stove and open fire. Range electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove and fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Roadside parking on first come, first-served basis. Enclosed lawned garden and decking area with hot tub. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles and pub 0.1 miles. Please note: The hot tub is emptied and cleaned between each set of guests, as a result it will not be available to use until midday on the day after arrival as it needs to get to temperature. Please note: Check in is 5pm
