Fuel and power inc. in rent (local farmer sells addtional logs for the woodburner). Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Starter pack of logs for wood burning stove. Travel cot, highchair, stairgate, changing mat and cot bedding available. Outdoor washing line. Off-road parking for one car 50 yards from the house as well as roadside parking. Enclosed rear gravelled courtyard with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop & Post Office 1.5 miles and pub 0.1 miles. Junction 25 of the M1 2 miles.
