Gas central heating and woodburning stove. Gas oven and 6-ring gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car at front and roadside parking available. Front seating area with furniture. Lockable shed for bike storage accessed via the neighbour's drive to the side of the cottage. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 0.2 miles. Note: Due to the layout of the front outdoor/parking area and a wall and drop at the rear, care and supervision to be taken with children and those with less mobility.
