The Retreat is a lovely cottage based in the bustling town of Falmouth, South Cornwall. Hosting one king-size double bedroom and a bathroom, this property can sleep two guests. There is also a kitchen, sitting room and a study. To the outside is a patio, pebbled beach with sun loungers and an outdoor heated swimming pool (June - August) which is shared with the main house, as well as off-road parking for 1 car. The Retreat is a delightful choice for couples looking to escape their hectic routines and delight in the beauty of Cornwall.

Sitting room with widescreen TV, surround sound system, Freeview, DVD player and Android TV Smart Box. WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Off-road parking for 1 car. Private courtyard at the front of property. Patio with table, chairs and awning. Pebble beach with sun loungers. Swimming pool (one pool towel per guest is provided). Sporty guests bringing bikes and kayaks can store them safely in the back garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Sorry, unfortunately this property is not suitable for children. Shop and pub 0.5 miles
