Outside is off road parking for two cars together and a neat terrace garden. Close to beaches and attractions, Roskennals Mill is in an ideal spot to explore this lovely part of the world.

Elec central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV/DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Patio garden with furniture. Two medium sized well behaved pet accepted, sorry no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles, beach 2.5 miles. Note: There is a large lake and several streams in the grounds, children should be supervised.
