Elec central heating with wood burning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV/DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Enclosed terrace with furniture. One well behaved pet accepted, sorry no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles, beach 2.5 miles. Note: There is a large lake and several streams in the grounds, children should be supervised.
