Fuel, power and starter pack for wood burner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Enclosed courtyard with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub within 3 miles. Beach 1 mile. Note: Not suitable for children or toddlers, babes-in-arms only. Note: A double sofa bed in the sitting room can sleep an additional two guests upon request. Note: Sloping ceilings and some restricted head height in bedroom and en-suite. Note: Your approach to the cottage takes you through a neighbouring farmyard with some nearby barns which are in use by the farmer, please be advised that these barns will be in full use during the lambing season, usually March
