Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. Pub within 0.1 miles, shop within 0.2 miles. Note: Balcony is not to be accessed. An off road allocated parking space is available a few minutes walk away from the apartment.

Situated on the River Dart in the South Hams area of South Devon. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is the delightful town of Dartmouth. Within the town you will find narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries, as well as many annual events which include Dart Music Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta.
