Hosting three bedrooms: one king-size and two doubles, able to sleep up to six people and served by a family shower room. Downstairs has an open-plan fitted kitchen/diner, as well as a sitting room. Outside provides a lawned garden and patio area with furniture and barbecue, and off-road parking. 61 Church Way is the perfect choice for a seaside break to the Cornish countryside.

Shop 0.6 miles and pub 0.7 miles. Note: Shower is over the bath, but the bath has no taps
