Electric central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available upon request. Off-road parking for 1 car but roadside parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. Enclosed lawned garden with seating. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.2 miles. Beach 3 miles. Note: Staircase is steep, care to be taken. Note: From now until June, there's currently building work next door to the property from Monday to Friday between 8am - 5.30pm. Associated noise and disruption maybe experienced.

Laugharne is an attractive town situated on the south coast of Carmarthenshire, overlooking the wide Taf River Estuary. The town is also home to a striking castle where poet Dylan Thomas and his wife is buried, along with a selection of tea rooms, a traditional pub, gift shop and a mini market. Nearby is Pendine which boasts a seven mile stretch of beautiful flat sand, and a little further afield are the resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot.
