*NEW** Available April 2019 - a lovely, light and airy ground floor apartment just a short stroll from the beach, town centre and numerous amenities in glorious Whitby! All ground floor. One king-sized double bedroom. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances and dining area. Sitting room with electric fire, bay window and dining area.
Enter this well presented ground floor apartment to find a spacious sitting room with electric fire, comfortable seating with large sofas - lie back, feet up and relax! - a flat screen Smart TV, so you can snuggle down in the evening and catch up with your Netflix list! (Please note, the sofa will make up into a bed if there are 3 or 4 people in the party) A large bay window provides lots of light and is a perfect spot for dining with a table and four chairs. There is a modern fitted kitchen with integrated appliances including electric oven and hob, fridge, separate freezer, microwave and washing machine and a panini toaster. The kitchen has a table and chairs if you prefer to eat in here - maybe breakfast before an exciting day touring the glorious Yorkshire coast or wandering down to the beach and getting some sunshine! A double bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed with bedside tables and lights - perfect for late reading! - a wardrobe and chest of drawers offering plenty of storage and full length, ornate mirror. The immaculate shower room has a double size shower, WC and wash hand basin.

The ancient fishing port of Whitby lies at the mouth of the River Esk and is ideally situated for exploring this beautiful part of Yorkshire, with its superb coastline and close proximity to the spectacular North York Moors. Whitby is a charming and atmospheric town of winding streets and hidden alleys, with a picturesque harbour, safe sandy beaches and of course the Abbey, reached by the famous 199 steps.
