"Just like the previous review, I booked Turnerdale Hall (ref L6UNX-20-EN) and was informed that the property was no longer available on the dates we booked. I was promised a refund of my deposit but despite a number of emails to chase, I'm still waiting for my money back. Phone waiting time is stated more than 60 mins. To happen once is poor, to happen twice is completely unacceptable."

"I booked and paid in full but 40+ days later my booking was cancelled with 7 days notice . No explanation was given but I think they had taken a last minute 6 day booking whilst my booking was only for 3 days . You have been warned"
