A fabulous Georgian holiday cottage in the heart of Whitby, which has many original features; furnished to an extremely high standard and boasting stunning views of the Whitby harbour, Abbey and the town centre. Over four floors. Three bedrooms: 1 x first-floor double, 1 x second floor twin with en-suite shower room, 1 x second floor double with seating area and third floor en-suite bathroom with roll-top bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC (accessed via private staircase). First floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area and woodburning stove. Utility. First floor sitting room with gas fire. Sun room.
Ground Floor On the ground floor is a fabulous, spacious dining-kitchen with quality appliances, granite work surfaces and wood burning stove, a utility room, a sun room and a cloakroom/WC. There is also access to the private rear garden with seating. First Floor On the first floor is a delightful sitting room with wood burning stove-style gas fire, TV and doors that open to a covered terrace. There is also a double bedroom and a smart bathroom with shower over, WC and hand wash basin. Second Floor Door leads from the landing to a superb decked sun-terrace. This floor also has a charming twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, luxury master bedroom suite with sitting area plus a private stairway that leads to a simply wonderful bathroom with roll-top bath. Outside Beautiful, private gardens with seating and a covered courtyard with bike storage. Also a decked sun-terrace with seating and sea, beach, harbour and Abbey views on the second floor. A marvellous place to sit, relax and sunbathe.

Parking scratch cards available for local roadside parking. Bike storage. Private rear garden with seating and a covered courtyard, first-floor covered terrace, second-floor decked sun terrace. Sorry, no pets. Restaurants, shops, beach and harbour 5 mins walk. Note: All the bedding and soft furnishings are feather-free/hypoallergenic.

The ancient fishing port of Whitby lies at the mouth of the River Esk and is ideally situated for exploring this beautiful part of Yorkshire, with its superb coastline and close proximity to the spectacular North York Moors. Whitby is a charming and atmospheric town of winding streets and hidden alleys, with a picturesque harbour, safe sandy beaches and of course the Abbey, reached by the famous 199 steps.
